A day in the life of a traveling consultant

You are a consultant, working for a large corporate in India. You'd love to be uber-organized and in control of your day-to-day affairs. You are just back from a week long intercity business travel.
Today is the last day of the month that your finance department accepts reimbursement claims. You have a handful of paper bills from the travel, which you need to get reimbursed from your employer. Now gotten lucky, you recall that your Ola cab bills for the commute to customer's office are in your Gmail account. You still need to search for and get the attachment, out of the email that Ola sent you.
Fag end of the day, you cut open a 15 minute creek in your crazily blocked calendar, to get your reimbursement job done. You revisit the bills at hand, only to find an airport transfer bill gone amiss.
Crunched for time, you brush it aside and quickly decide to get the other paper bills scanned and uploaded to your reimbursement portal. You dash to the corner of your office floor, where the scanner stands tall.
Alas to bump head-on to another 'oops' mom
ent: A bunch of your colleagues have already convened, to check the paper jam at the almighty, all-in-one "printer+scanner+copier++" machine. Wish you better luck, next month.
